death by train

I love walking under railroad bridges when the trains are passing. The echoing thunder of stange and omnious noises like 'gagung - clackataclackata - gagung - clackataclacata' is reasuringly threatening. I imagine the whole bridge collapsing, crushing me in an instant. I linger, imagining that it would be a good way to go: flattened under a diesel engine.

That would be a lovely way to go -- if only you could get the bridge to collapse at the right moment. Damn, trains are intense -- those sounds they make are maddening.
